RN Building offer a range of services from new home builds, farm buildings, landscape buildings, renovations, decks and general fix it jobs. All of our services come with the same promise of quality, dedication and durability. At RN Building we offer a 10-year “Halo Guarantee” for all new builds, along with free estimates. I’m (Ryan) an experienced contractor with over 14 years’ experience and a team of dedicated builders and apprentices alongside me.

I will only work with the best materials available and provide a 10-year “Halo Guarantee” on all new builds. I will never compromise quality for time and give my clients realistic schedules that accommodate their lives. I strive for honest customer service, so contracts are only paid in full when the finished work is to your complete satisfaction.
About Me
MY NAME IS Ryan
After leaving school to do a pre-trade carpentry certificate at Aoraki Polytechnic I then starting my apprenticeship in Geraldine. I have always been an outdoorsy person and love the practical but technical side to building. I have an awesome team of guys alongside me and love getting out there doing what I love everyday!
