From concept to completion. RN Building offer a range of services from architectural new builds, renovations, farm buildings, landscape buildings and decks. All of our services come with the same promise of quality, dedication and durability. At RN Building we offer a 10-year “Halo Guarantee” for all new builds.

I will only work with quality certified materials. I will never compromise quality for time and give my clients realistic schedules. Every job is completed to a high standard so contracts are only paid in full when the finished work is to your complete satisfaction.

After leaving school in 2006 to do a 1 year pre-trade carpentry certificate at Aoraki Polytechnic, I then started my building apprenticeship in Geraldine. I have always been an outdoorsy person, raised on a farm. I love the practical but technical side to building. Standing back at the end of the project admiring what the team has achieved and the excitment of handing the keys over. With over 17 years building experience specialising in residential new homes. RN Building is about to celebrate 10 years in business in 2025.
We have grown from a team of two to a small business of eight.
